From idea to finished machine

We guide you through the entire development process.

Requirements analysis

We start with an in-depth conversation: what should the machine do? What cycle time, accuracy and degree of automation are required? We understand your process before we start designing.

Concept and design

Our design engineers develop a machine concept and translate it into 3D CAD. You receive a detailed visualization and a quote before production begins.

In-house manufacturing

We produce frames, mounts, guides and special parts on our 12,000 m². Welded structures and CNC parts are made directly in-house.

Control technology

Our team integrates PLC controls, control cabinets and operator interfaces directly into your special machine. Mechanics and electrics from a single source.

Assembly and commissioning

We build your machine at our facility, test it under real conditions and then commission it on-site at your premises. Including training for your staff.

Service and spare parts

We're at your side even after delivery: spare parts, maintenance, optimizations and extensions for your special machine.

Evotec GmbH was founded in 2000 and remains an owner-managed family business to this day. Managing Director Dominik Peck leads the company in the second generation – with the same commitment to quality, reliability and personal service as on day one.

What does a special machine cost?▼
Costs depend on the degree of complexity, the level of automation and the components used. Anything is possible, from simple fixtures in the four-figure range to complex systems in the six-figure range. We prepare a detailed quote for you following the requirements analysis.
How long does it take to develop a special machine?▼
We deliver simple fixtures in 4–8 weeks. Complex special machines with control technology take 3–6 months from concept approval to commissioning. We agree the exact schedule with you individually.
Do you also offer control technology?▼
Yes, we integrate PLC controls, control cabinets and operator interfaces directly into your special machine. Mechanics and electrics from a single source – this shortens development time and simplifies communication.
Do you also come to our site?▼
Of course. We deliver the machine, commission it at your premises and train your staff. We also come to you for later maintenance and optimization.
